Zero Hour 41mm Fork Tubes give your front-end build a clear choice: a stock-length replacement or a longer Touring configuration. Choose your motorcycle application, then length and finish.

Choose your length

Shopping for Touring +2″? Choose Touring → +2″ Extended → Finish. The 581mm tube is approximately two inches longer than the 530mm Touring reference; that same length is the stock replacement reference for the specified Softails.

Fitment

Touring stock-length reference: 41mm tube, 530mm length, OEM 45972-09. Match the original part and installed fork configuration rather than the Touring name alone.

Touring +2″: contact Zero Hour with your exact model/year and fork internals before ordering. Compatibility is not established for every Touring model; cartridge-fork setups are not included in this option. Matching diameter and length alone does not establish interchangeability.

Choose your finish

Black: a dark, coordinated front end. Gold: contrasting detail. Silver: a classic bright-metal finish. Finish choices vary by length and application.

What +2″ means

Approximately two additional inches of inner-tube length relative to the specified stock tube. It is not a promise of two extra inches of suspension travel or an exact two-inch ride-height change. Fractional inch sizes are nominal; metric dimensions identify the tube.

Installation

Inner tubes only—not complete forks, cartridges, or a complete extension kit. Seals, bushings, springs, and fork oil are separate service items. Professional installation is recommended. Check internal compatibility and the complete suspension setup before fitting an extended tube.
